Terms & Conditions

Form submission and the return shipping of the product to Dial A Label (DAL) signifies an acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
  • Upon return, the customer is responsible for any missing accessories from the device. In such cases, we at Dial A Label will not be held responsible, and the customers will have to bear any resultant liability.
  • In case of repair, customers are advised to keep a copy of their software and configurations within their software repository, as repaired items will have factory-loaded software images and default configurations.
  • Dial A Label Provides a formal quotation for all time and material repairs. This quotation is valid for not more than 30 days.
  • If you choose to skip the repair and have the item returned to you in its original condition, you will have to pay for the postage and freight charges. Such additional charges are not included in our quotation fee.
  • Credits will be issued once all goods are returned to Dial A Label and are in re-saleable condition (stockline products only).
  • Custom made labels or re-works are subject to QA review and Management approval.
